Residing under the hood a is stout, smooth and very cool running stock bore 1948 Ford 239 cubic inch Flathead 59AB V-8 equipped with 'Original' polished aluminum 'Eddie Meyer' dual two barrel hi-rise intake manifold (exhaust heated), original polished dual Stromberg carburetors (300cfm), Don Orrosco Eddie Meyer polished aluminum cylinder heads, Beehive oil filter, Mallory dual point distributor, Taylor 8mm plug wires and ceramic coated Fenton headers with dual exhaust.
