1946 Chrysler “Continental” New Yorker Custom bodied by Durham, One of Two in existence and the only New Yorker. New Custom Highlander interior. Drives and runs great and ready to tour, show. Custom Built for Lewis Rosenstiel, Founder of Schenley Distillers. He had two of these cars made by Durham 1946, this New Yorker and the other a Sarasota. Always garaged and the paint and chrome are in very good condition. Fluid Drive Transmission and is a joy to drive at freeway speed. It is shown on the cover of Classic Car Magazine, volume XXXIV, Number 2- June 1986 with a complete story of the cars history and also on the cover of Special Interest Autos SIA #101 1987.
