1948 Ford Convertible You are viewing a very solid and professionally built Street Rod. Older build, but with only 6K miles driven since new. The car runs and drives excellent and is in very good condition. Build by Paul Inman in the mid 90’s. Great car for touring and just cruising and very comfortable. This car was built to drive. Please read on for more particulars of the car: Body/Paint: The body is in very nice condition with some custom feature, but primarily original. The paint is base/clear a light tan/yellow color. The body and paint is in very good condition with a few small chips, but shows really well. No rust on the car. Hideaway vacuum rear license plate. Interior: Cloth weave light tan with tilt back electric bucket seats. Seats belt front and back. AC, power steering and power brakes, tilt column shift. E brake, trunk popper and manual choke pull. Overall a very nice and comfortable interior. Nice speedo and tach set up. Top : Frame is restored with the top being a very high quality cloth that looks like new and fits very well. Works as it should with really nice boot that buttons down as it should. Running Gear: 350 with a mild cam approximately 250 HP. Holley carb with manual choke. Nice dress up with electric puller fan. Runs really nice. TH350 trans with a 10 bolt rear end with 307 gears. Great hiway cruiser. Suspension: Frame is custom built by retaining most of the original frame and incorporating an early Chevelle frame for added rigidity. So the front and rear suspension is Chevelle. A arm and trailer arms on the rear. Rides really nice with a solid feel. Bright work: In very nice condition. Shows well. Glass: All in very nice condition. Exhaust: Dueled with turbo style mufflers. Brakes: Power Disc front drum rear in good working order Wheels/Tires: Cragar Chrome wheels in really nice condition with radials with lots of rubber. 185/75/14 front and 215/75/15 rear Summary: i have over 100 pictures of the car so please contact me and provide your email address if you would like additional pictures.
