Used 1950 MG TD for sale in Madison, WI

Sports Car Madison is proud to present a 3.5 star car out of 5 complete inspection was done on vehicle for sale. THE GREAT wood floors and wood trimming in car are fantastic, the underside was completely painted, motor has good compression, an average of 130 psi with the lowest cylinder at 120 psi...all are quite even showing long life. extremely clean, tons of work done recently that include fuel pump, complete tune up, master cylinder, tie rod set, front hubs replaced, brake lines, new hoses, new belt, fuel filter, brakes. the current owner only put 200 miles since this work was done. total restoration was done on the car ($20,000+) with paperwork showing the work done. THE GOOD Interior is good, however the person that replaced the interior lacked attaching the carpet up in front of pedals, it does not effect pedals at all however to carpet wrinkles and should be attached. paint is good , couple Small Chips, nothing drastic, but a very solid paint job. tons of records come with the car dating back to 1970 with the pervious 4 owners. dash good, convertible top good, seats good, tires good, 40 lbs oil pressure at idle, shifts good, all lights work minus the front left turn signal, someone broke socket inside the light when replacing a bulb were guessing and didn't fix the socket, cosmically it looks fine but the socket inside is missing.engine mounts good, transmission good, tonneau cover is good, convertible top fine, chrome is good, wheels freshly painted, underside is fantastic! motor clean and sound AREAS OF CONCERN front end bushings will need replacing eventually(not noticeable as car drives easy and and steers great), left front turn signal needs replacing, missing a jack and the starter bar (hand crank) side curtains need restoring(restore kit) -frames are fine the canvas and plastic windows are shot. (see photos) Judging from the cars current condition not many miles were put on after a total restore. we are asking $21,000.00 or best offer.
