An engineer by trade, it was not uncommon for McLeod to bring his own notes directly to the coachbuilder and he specified that H.J. Mulliner include the rarely seen “High Vision” glass roof panel over the front seats and considerably shortened the boot on his new 4½ Litre Mark VI “Light Weight” Saloon. This Bentley was imported to the U.S. in 1976 and was subjected to a thorough restoration in the 1980’s. Since then, excellent mechanical and cosmetic care has been applied as needed to maintain this exceptional motorcar.
