The twin bumps on the air cleaner accommodate a pair of Holley 4-barrel carburetors atop the 312 CI V-8, a power-producing induction system that helped generate 270 HP. Recognized as ''E-Birds'' in the Thunderbird community for the E engine code in the VIN, the dual-quad T-Bird was Ford's answer to the Corvette's 283 version. One of only 1,499 produced, this cosmetically restored E-code Thunderbird looks sharp in red with a red interior.
