Vehicle Description
The present owner bought this car on December 2, 1981. This car underwent a 5-year frame-off restoration by an experienced individual. It has approximately 4,000 miles on it since restoration. I do not know the mileage before restoration. It has been in storage or garaged and covered since then. It is a Texas car - no rust whatsoever. There are many new parts from Moss Motors. All new upholstery, floor mats, door panels, and top. Gorgeous wood dash. Split zipper tonneau cover. Chrome luggage rack. Bilateral sliding plastic windows with aluminum frames. Full-width fabric storage pouch behind the seats. MG17 fabric car cover from Moss Motors - in good shape. Original engine that was rebuilt before the present owner purchased it. 1500cc 4 cylinder engine, dual carburetors, new coil, and wires. Starts easy and runs great. Updated stylistic wheels and wider Michelin tires. 4-speed stick shift transmission. Stainless steel exhaust system. Recent maintenance check-up. All fluids changed and new combination brake and clutch master cylinder installed. Passed Texas state inspection in 2018. There are two paint chips on the car door - no metal damage. Photos are included. One is about the size of a nickel, the other is smaller.
