Located near PORTLAND, OREGON. The Nash Metropolitan was the first widely-marketed American compact car during the 1950's. In an era of "big", the Metropolitan wanted to fill the niche as a small, second family car for errands around town. While sized at just 12.5 feet long (a full six feet shorter than a '58 Cadillac!), surprisingly there is a lot of room inside. Today, Metropolitans have gained a loyal following as a fun car for showing and driving. This car received a full restoration by a Metropolitan expert and today has clocked less than 500 miles since completion. Finished in correct "Mardi Gras Red" and "Frost White" paint, it shows beautifully with a deep shine. All chrome was re-plated and trim polished.
