1959 Ford F100 Custom short bed truck is a nice survivor driver that was well taken care. Equipped with the original 232 8 cy motor that is bone stock and is in good running order. Runs good and motor is not a leaker or smoker it is dependable. Equipped with all the original ford factory accessories except for the carburetor and the headers. The trans is the original 3 speed manual transmission on the column and it is good working order.The column shifter is nice and tight and the clutch does not slip, there are no universal joint clunks or noises. Very original truck that still has its original black license plates and the original owner's manual. The front suspension looks to be original to the truck and the truck steers straight on both high and low speeds but keep in mind it's not a new truck. Truck has the original stock springs and the original rims are in good condition. The bias ply tires are older and they have good tread but you should inspect them before a long trip. Oiginal electrical is in good condition and the head lights, dash lights, dome light, horn, turn signals, tail lights, radio, heater blower and wipers are all in good working order. The original Ford windshield and the rest of the original glass is not cracked or pitted and is in good original condition. Front and rear bumpers are original to the truck they are straight and clean. Brake master cylinder is original and the brakes are in good working order but I recommend having the drums and pads inspected. The bottom side of this truck is not full of under coating from the factory and it is clear to see that it is not a rotted out mess.
