Vehicle Description
1965 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu SS Have a look at this gorgeous 327ci powered true SS! This car sports a body that consists very smooth lines and classic contours. The owner has just put over $12,000.00 into the car and has a full book of receipts to go with it, and has driven the car less than 5,000 miles since all of the work. The Malibu is powered by a rebuilt Turbo Fire 350 HP 327ci engine, with a 750CFI Holley pumper carburetor that looks as great as the rest of the car, complete with Edelbrock head covers and a perfectly detailed engine bay. Part of the work done done on the car was the installation of a newly rebuilt starter and battery ensuring a quick start every time. The engine is connected to a rebuilt Muncie 4-speed transmission with retro-style Hurst shifter that goes through the gears as smooth as butter. It has a new clutch that takes the power down to the stock Posi-traction rear-end. It has an incredible sound even just sitting at idle through the new 3? dual exhaust. Outside the car glows with a show quality blue/green finish that changes back and forth like a chameleon depending on the light. All panel gaps line up well and the doors open and close as they should. All of the glass is in excellent condition. The undercarriage on the car is in great condition and very clean complete with new shocks for a smooth ride. Stopping power comes from new front disc brakes with rear drums on fresh BF Goodrich tires sitting on traditional rally style 15 X 7 wheels. The car also has a set of Cragars available for purchase if you feel like switching it up. The interior of the car is in incredible condition with newly reupholstered seats, rebuilt seat belts and the dash, carpet and headliner are all in excellent condition. It has a new radio and full set of extra Equus gauges mounted below the dash, along with originals that have also been rebuilt and calibrated. Power steering makes driving the car a pleasure whether you are parking at a show or just cruising around town. Don't miss your chance to own this beautiful '68 that has only been locally street driven for fun around town. It turns heads wherever it goes and can be yours for only $29,900.00! This car is being represented for a collector in the Seattle, Washington area.
