This is a stunning example of a low mileage southern vehicle. This car has what appears to be original quarter panels,floor pans, doors,etc. The factory pinch welds are in place, there is absolutely no rust anywhere. The paint is over 15 yrs old, so there is no question of the quality of this automobile. It has 6,000 miles on a complete rotisserie restoration. The car was completely disassembled, stripped to the metal, and repainted in the factory Vintage Burgundy color with clear coat. The interior is black , the front seats were recovered and the carpet replaced. The rear fold down seat has the original upholstery and still looks great. This is not a pieced together engine, every component of the engine is matching and dated within 4 days of each other. The casting dates are all August and the build date is 9J17. The engine has the correct S1MS oil pan, S2MS intake, and the correct 3259 Lemans bowl carburetor with a 552 date code. The engine is now 331 cu inch with all forged rotating assembly, custom Crower cam and Crower roller rockers. The engine makes est.400 hp.Top loader 4 speed (HEH- BW) with correct shifter and original handle.Correct 65 Mustang 9 in ford housing , N case 3rd member with 3.50 gears, Daytona pinion support and Ford trac- loc differential.
