Vehicle Description
1967 FERRARI 330 GTC: --Pino Verde (Pine Green) with Beige Leather interior and Beige carpeting, Excellent history, Documented by Massini, Owner’s manual, Factory tools and jack, Matching numbers example, The 5th of only 6 330 GTC’s painted by the factory in Pino Verde. The 330 GTC was developed to supersede the 275 GTB and was introduced to the public at the Geneva Auto Show in 1966. Utilizing styling of the already iconic 500 Superfast and 275 GTS, the Pininfarina designed GTC exhibits classic styling, sports car handling and it is regarded by many enthusiasts as being one of the best driving, user-friendly Ferrari’s ever built, befitting of the infamous quote “probably the first Ferrari in which you could actually enjoy a radio". By the time production ceased in 1968, only 598 cars were built, earning it a notable position as both rare and civilized - truly a Gentleman’s Sports Car. This 330 GTC was completed at the factory in May of 1967 and delivered to official dealer Motor S.a.s in Rome and sold new to first owner, Mr. Almedia, of Porto, Portugal. In September of 1967 the 330 was sold to Roman dealer Fattori & Montani. In September of 1971 the 330 was imported to New York and in 1974 was sold to Bedford, NY based Ferrari aficionado Nick Soprano who owned the car for a time until it was subsequently sold to the Garelik family in 1975. The Gareliks kept the car in excellent order until 2014. During this ownership the car was repainted in original Pino Verde by notable restoration shop, Automotive Restorations of Stratford, Connecticut. Upon its sale in 2014, the 330 found its way to F40 Motorsports in Portland, Connecticut where it was sold and enjoyed from 2014 to 2016 by Ferrari collector, Mr. R. Gori where the car was maintained and upgraded when and where needed. Under current ownership since 2016, the car has been lovingly restored in even more areas and maintained and as needed regardless of cost or use. Within the past year, this 330 GTC has also been fitted with new Michelin XWX’s were fitted as well as a thorough mechanical sorting with Los Angeles based Ferrari specialist. This 330 GTC has been lovingly owned from new and is presented in a rare color combination with excellent originality and history. It is a superb example of one of the most pleasurable driving Ferraris of the 1960’s era and is ready for immediate Concours or touring use.
