It is a rust free low mileage real deal numbers matching Super Sport! We have mechanically gone through it and added a power disk brake conversion. It runs and drives excellent. The mileage is shown as 37xxx and we believe it to be true based on the condition. (it will be sold as exempt due to age) Interior: The interior is very nice, the bucket seats have little to no wear and the dash is in perfect condition. I personally have never seen a 1968 Impala SS with the factory dash tachometer! Everything works minus the clock! All glass is in great shape and the seals hold out water. Original AM radio even works! Exterior: Exterior is easily a 7 out of 10, with minor paint imperfections, and some scuffing. Body lines are excellent and all the brightwork shows very well. The hood was repainted, as far as the rest of it, she does look original. All the gaps are even and all bumpers are aligned properly. Drivetrain: This is a number matching real deal SS powered by a 327ci V8. We have the trim tag and the engine pad in the gallery. You can still see the broach marks on the pad. Original Rochester is in place, and the engine bay has been detailed.
