Used 1968 Pontiac GTO for sale in West Linn, OR

1968 GTO convertible. A true GTO not a clone. I have the original bill of sale and the protecto-plate. The car was sold originally in the Denver, CO and was moved to CA (black plate car) after a short period of time, where it was housed until I purchased it, and garaged it, about 20 years ago. I am believed to be the third owner . This car was fully restored frame off. The restoration exposed a straight body with no repaired damage and zero rust. The body shop had never restored a car with a body that was as near to new as was possible. The body is gloss black with a hand painted red pinstripe accenting the fender line from front to rear. The black convertible top is top quality cloth with a glass rear window. It has Rally II wheels. The interior has custom leather seats that are black with red accents . Each seat back has a 1964 GTO fender emblem mounted as an accent. Mechanics have all been rebuilt. Turbo 400 transmission has had a shift kit installed during overhaul . The engine is strong. Eagle forged crank, racing pistons/rods, roller rocker/cam, Edlebrock aluminum heads, Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold, Holly 770 cfm carb. Flowmaster exhaust. I have retained all of the original parts, including the heads, exhaust manifold, intake manifold, and carb. Total miles since restoration is less than 1,000 miles. (It rains a lot in Oregon) I have PHS paperwork and receipts from the work that was done, if I can find it since moving. This car is truly a gem among cars and deserves a home where it can be appreciated and driven
