Vehicle Description
Nice 1969 Ford Mustang Fastback Custom. I call her FASTANG and she's one of a kind. Beautiful sapphire blue paint with just a touch of purple that comes out more in the evening. A gray stripe with an outlining pin stripe all under the many coats of clear give this a distinctive and classy look. Notice the matching gray Foose wheels and Sport Coupe shade. You'll get looks and thumbs up wherever you're heading. She has the obvious custom touches such as the Shelby tail lights and side scoops. But also notice her subtle changes as no side markers, badging or drip rail. Under the hood is a chromed out 347 Stroker with aluminum heads mated up to a C4 Automatic and a 9" Locker read end. The Flowmaster single chamber exhaust gives her a NASTY sound that turns heads when she fires up. One of those "where is that coming from" sounds. And she has all the creature comforts such as power steering, 4 wheel disc brakes and A/C! There is no need to power brake this baby. She will light them up stopped, or rolling. She's not a trailer queen but looks fabulous. The build started about 6 years ago on an AZ car. The underside looks awesome as it was media blasted back to metal. The factory AM radio does not work but it would be a crime to listen to anything but her natural sound. There is no emergency brake hooked up but since this is an auto, it shouldn't be an issue. Here are just a few of the specs.... 347 longblock Stroker (515 hp at the crank /360 at the wheels at 5800rpm) Comp Mutha Thumper hydrolic Cam (.541 intake /.526 exhaust) Aluminum heads Coated Hooker Headers 3 Flowmaster single chamber (for that nasty sound) Pertronics Flame Thrower II ignition Morosso 8.5 racing wires Edlebrock 600 cfm carb Edlebrock Chrome intake Billet belt tensioner US Alum Radiator (American made not some cheap overseas knockoff that clogs) Mr Gasket electric fuel pump Holley fuel regulator Mooneyes liquid pressure gauge C4 Auto with 10" torque converter 9" Ford Locker rear end Foose wheels BF Goodrich tires 4 wheel power disk brakes Detroit Speed PS New CJ Pony interior Vintage Air A/C Bosch gauges Clean undercarriage and body (Enviro media blasted) Air Shocks Shelby LED tail lights receipts for almost every part on the car You can't even begin to build this car for this price and I have the clear title in hand. Priced to sell as this is the lowest priced 69 Fastback for sale that's ready for show and you won't find a better value.
