Vehicle Description
Very British Morris Mini MK III built in 1968, 998 ccm A+ engine,
right-hand drive vehicle
Import from England (the Mini wanted to leave the island before Brexit) and has an interesting history,
It was used as the director’s car of a Britsh tuner for ten years.
The Mini became a star at several exhibitions and TV shows
(that’s why there are autographs on the glove box)
63,920 miles (102,000 km) on the clock. This is proven by the complete MOT documentation. The engine was restored at round about 50.000 miles (ca. 80.000 km).
The underbody has been sandblasted and sealed three years ago. Chassis was new painted. The interior is covered with high-quality leather. Paddy-Hopkirk design elements, short shifting, high quality sound system with cool sound (if you increase the volume high enough), because the exhaust system sound pretty good, too.
12” x 6 Revolution wheels in classic four spoke design with brand new 165 Yokohama tyres,
Le Mans- petrol caps, fender flares with chrome cap.
TÜV in July 2020 new as H – vehicle registration (H for historical oldtimer in Germany)
According to the British Heritage archive the Morris Mini has been produced as MK II in Dec. 1968 and licensed in March 1969 for the first time.
During several years chassis, exterior and interior had been modernized – so today it looks more like an 80’s style Mini and the 998 ccm A- engine was changed by an A+. Anyhow, it remains being a very cool Mini today.

What else can we tell you about it?
First admission with H- mark in Germany. This Mini ist surely nothing for orignial-Mini-lovers. To many things were modified or tuned. It’s nothing for driving beginners, because it’s a completely different felling of driving, without power steering, brake booster or ABS and right-hand driving. However, what you really will get is the old go-kart-feeling, what some guys of Munich stresses nowadays about their BMW-Minis.
Very important: It is repainted on the outside, all rubber gaskets and chrome parts are new, however, under the hood, from the chassis, etc. you can see the age and history of this car.
We didn’t want to re-build a 68er car as if it is coming just out of the showroom.
This is really a vintage car, if everything would be new – would that still reflect an image and a history?
This Mini wants and has to be driven, without any fear of rain or dusty tracks.
