1970 Oldsmobile 442 Convertible Real deal RARE example of a true Y74 data tag Pace car. These were made by Oldsmobile in 1970 for the Indy 500. True Y74 442 Convertible Pace car. This is one of 268 Pace cars built after Oldsmobile was selected to become the Pace car for the Indianapolis 500 in 1970. An incredible car throughout and is all correct. Build sheet included and Y74 Data tag to prove originality and correctness, please see attached pictures this documentation. Y74 is on the date tag. Has all correct equipment for pace car package including stripes, hood, interior, and everything else. 455 Motor has been replaced with 1970 Period correct Olds 455. Receipts from 1998 for motor rebuild included. This car runs perfect and can be driven anywhere.
