Used 1971 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ for sale in Delta, CO

This is a frame off restoration of a 1971 FJ. The original F1 engine was restored. The seats were disassembled, powder coated and rebuilt with new upholstery. The vehicle has new quarter panels. The front end was rebuilt to improve safety and performance. So disc brakes and were added and the shackles reversed. All interior and dash parts were bead blasted and repainted. The doors were taken apart and the window winders cleaned, repainted, greased and work like new. Same with the front and rear heaters. This FJ is immaculate!! Those of you who know your FJs well, will notice that this is a late model year and the hood is from the early model year for 1971. I did this because I like the looks of the early hood better. I have the original hood if you want it. The secondary gas tank filler was hidden behind the spare tire and a filler identical to the one on the side was fabricated. I have a roll bar for it that is powder coated and will be included with the vehicle. It is not installed now. Brand new tires and wheels. The vehicle has about 50 miles on it since restored. I've seen prices all over the map for these with some much less original and less restored asking higher prices. I think I priced this fairly and anyone looking for an "almost" original FJ should enjoy it. Keep in mind this vehicle was built for off-roading and doesn't want to be driven much over 55mph with that original engine. It will last forever, though, with minimal maintenance. There is absolutely no rust on it after restoration, and being a Colorado vehicle, had very little rust anywhere on the frame or undercarriage before restoration.
