1971 Super Beetle Convertible. With the same owner for the last 6 years or so, as he is thinning down the herd, this little beauty is one that is slated to head to a new home. Having just undergone a full restoration when this owner purchased her, he put several thousand miles on her but hasn't been able to enjoy her they way he had hoped to. It is believed the 1600 VW motor was rebuilt at the time of the restoration. Everything on this car works and looks fresh off the restoration despite the mileage put on her. The car shows 58,000 miles but that cannot be confirmed as actual and he isn't aware of exact number of miles he put on the car since he purchased her from the midwest. The motor turns right over and runs smoothly, the 1600 moves the car along briskly and the auto-stick transmission shifts as it should.
