The quality of the restoration work is absolutely first-class in every respect. The Jimmy's odometer shows 70,098 miles, and the truck's full list of original equipment is documented with the Service Parts Identification sticker still in place. As part of its comprehensive, two-year restoration, the Jimmy's exterior sheet metal has been restored to like-new condition. There are no flaws, and the stunning red-orange finish (the Jimmy's original color) is uniformly lustrous across the entire truck, no doubt painted to a higher standard than was in force at the Pontiac, Michigan GMC truck plant back in the day.
