Vehicle Description
Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this 1976 International Scout Traveler. Presented in Cement Gray Metallic (a current and very popular Toyota color) with a red, white and black vintage "feather" graphics package, this is a nicely restored and very sharp truck inside and out. Finishing touches include an SSII grille, GRC bumpers, full soft top and 17-inch Raceline wheels wearing meaty 33x12.50 Toyo Open Country M/T tires.
Interior is trimmed with red diamond-stitched seat upholstery with matching door panels, a locking Tuffy center console (with cup holders) and a wood steering wheel. Roll bar includes three-point belts for the front seats and attachment points for rear three-point belts, making it easy to upgrade from the rear lap belts that are presently fitted. Dash has been updated with LED instrument lighting and a modern AM/FM stereo with bluetooth, USB and aux input feeding four Memphis Audio speakers.
Under the hood is an IH 304 cubic inch V8 mated to a four-speed manual transmission. Stock drivetrain aside from an electronic ignition upgrade. This Scout runs and drives well and we've especially fond of the extra capacity of the long-wheelbase Traveler variant.
