1979 Chevrolet short wide C-10 with a “backdated” 1974 nose 6.0 liter LQ9 LS motor/ 4l60e transmission/ new driveshaft 12 bolt posi rearend with 4:56 gears for the tall tires Hydro-boost brake system with new brake components New stainless headers with new exhaust/ new o2 sensors / cats/ and Flowmaster mufflers Freshly powder coated Chevrolet rally wheels with new chrome Chevrolet caps New cooling package including electric fans, radiator, heater core and blower motor New battery and cables All suspension was rebuilt and has a “static” drop Frame is completely painted black, inside of the bed is sprayed with bed liner Painted the original “wheatland yellow” that was factory on the truck. Notes: drive-train out of Cadillac Escalade. We kept all the original components in regards to fuse center, air filter cooling package and also obdII connector. You could roll in to any GM dealership and have this truck serviced. This truck will pass emissions for a 1979 without a problem. This truck was originally bought and used in a local utility company, that’s why it is OSHA safety orange. It originally had a 6 cyl & 3 spd. It came with radio delete and dome lamp delete. There exists no correct combination of words that could properly do this automotive excellence justice.
