1979 Chevrolet Camaro RS Odometer 62,806 unverifiable actual mileage Automatic Transmission Original 305 V8 Factory Air Conditioning Power Windows Power Locks Factory AM/FM stereo I purchased this Camaro from a personal friend of our family. He purchased from the original owner in Charlotte, NC. The car had been already repainted when I purchased it. This is a list of some of what I have done to the car: • Removed emission items and replaced the factory carburetor with a Holly 650cfm Street Avenger and aluminum Edelbrock intake manifold. • Hoyt's Muffler Shop in Conway, SC replaced the entire exhaust system with a custom dual exhaust from the manifolds back. • New breather, plug wires and valve covers. • New oil pan. • New alternator. • Brake job in March of 2018. • Replaced the factory radiator. • Installed air shocks. • New a/c compressor • New 15" US Steel custom wheels and BFG tires. • Replaced door hinges and weather stripping. • Replaced the stock hood with a period correct cowl hood. • Speckle painted the inside of the trunk and replaced the weather stripping. • Installed new window motors. • Installed new door panels, carpet, steering wheel and recovered the seats. • Replaced the original seatbelts with new retractable belts for additional safety. • Installed a glove box mounted Bluetooth stereo system and front and rear speakers.
