I am a certified auto mechanic and especially meticulous. This car has been extremely well maintained and is in exceptionally excellent condition. It is mechanically flawless and everything functions perfectly. Runs, drives and interior is like new. The color combination is phenomenal. The brown leather & casablanca beige work so well together and highly compliment the 930. A few reasons why the 1978-79 930 is so desirable... it was given some significant and progressive changes (in 78) yet retained its pure mechanical characteristics.Changes included an increase in displacement from 3.0 to 3.3 which resulted in a significant increase in H.P. An intercooler for the turbo was added. The intercooler on top of the engine led to the adoption of the 'tea tray' spoiler. The 930 engine was developed from the 3.0 R.S. and R.S.R. race engine and made with a magnesium crankcase makes it virtually unburstable! This 930 also has some great opt's and luxury items for a 911 of the day such as power windows, power mirrors, power sun roof, rear window wiper and headlight squirters. The opt. sport seats are bolstered perfectly. They hold you in place extremely well and are just as comfortable. These cars were engineered and built to a very high standard of quality and performance that easily holds up to this day. This 930 is a supreme example through and through, but when we get down to it the car really needs to speak for itself. You won't be disappointed!
