A Real Classic 1991 350 SDL Turbo Diesel - inline (straight) six cylinder. This is the bigger engine and longer wheel base that came on this classic model. There were fewer 350 models made because the 300 model's were less resilient, therefore, making this beautiful classic a more desirable vehicle to drive and enjoy a smoother ride. This great classic is only a two owner vehicle and most of the road miles are highway miles which is understandable for the great smooth over the road drive! This beautiful vehicle has been kept in the first owner's garage until the present owner purchased this great classic - three years ago - therefore - the pristine exterior and interior look. Both owner's have keep the oil, belts and all maintenance within Mercedes's guidelines. The AC blows cold and the drive train runs smooth like a purring kitten! There are a couple of minor faults: the driver's side window works by using the front door back window panel switch. Also the coolant overflow tank sensor is faulty, and, therefore, the dash light stays on but the water level is fine. This also applies to the washer fluid level sensor. The mileage odometer discontinued working shortly after the second owner purchased this classic but runs like a dream - the speed reading works great. The present owner has placed a new starter, a new (rebuilt) alternator new upgrade of fuses, replaced breaks , tie rods, steering dampner, shocks, new tires and a new battery.
