2000 Ford Mustang Saleen S281 #650. Original owner. This is a 1 of 1 with few automatics made in 2000. Custom ordered from Galpin Ford in Southern California in June of 2000 (took 5 months to be delivered). Silver w/ charcoal grey/black interior. 4.6 liter 2v modular motor with 135,500 miles. Engine was replaced due to warranty issues 5 years ago through extended warranty. Less than 50K miles on replacement engine. Rebuilt automatic transmission within the last 3 years. Original Saleen rims with Toyo Tires 295/35/ZR18 rear and 265/35/ZR18 front; Tread is at 75% but will need to be replaced due to cracking from being stored. Original Saleen suspension with aftermarket full length subframe connectors that help stiffen chassis and increase track performance. Custom Stereo System valued at $5K+ includes: Sony CD detachable face Head-unit w/ remote; connected XM or Sirius transponder unit that operates directly thru the Sony Head-unit; Alpine speakers for the mids and highs; 3 way 6x8 Kicker speakers for the rear; 10'' secured tied-down Bass Tube with an early edition Audiobahn Subwoofer that sounds incredible; and lastly a Sony 10CD changer with MP3 playback capability. Interior is in good condition with the following blemishes; small 4" tear on driver's seat; Arm rest in driver side panel has a 3" tear; Rear seat on driver's side, small tear along the seam about 5-6" in length.
