Though the Cobra R was also available and may have surpassed the SVT Cobra in performance, it also surpassed the SVT Cobra in cost and thus the "regular" SVT Cobra remained a choice for discerning yet cost-conscious buyers. Under the hood sits a supercharged 4.6L Ford V8 which provides more than ample power for a car of this size and weight. To be precise, this puppy cranks out 390 horsepower with no modifications made outside of the factory. Enthusiastically referred to as "The Terminator Cobra" in the enthusiast community, this power plant is more than enough to back up the Terminator name. The engine bay is just as clean as one would expect it to be on a car of this mileage and condition. There are no disappointments to be had here!
