Coupled with Audi's quattro all-wheel drive system, the R8 offers loads of grip when tackling corners. Going from 0-60 mph happens in a hurry - about 4.6 seconds with the 4.2-liter 420-hp engine and a little over three seconds in the range-topping R8 GT equipped with the 560-hp V-10 powerplant.
