Vehicle Description
I'm selling my third generation 1986 Eddie Bauer Bronco.
It's been in my family since 1990, and is in very original condition. It aquired most of it's mileage from bay area freeways. It's always been a California vehicle, and has very little rust for it's age. Still running with the original head gaskets, it has matching numbers and has the original factory build sheet.
Ford had made many changes to their third generation Broncos, introducing Eddie Bauer as the top of the line in 1985. This Bronco is a 1986, built in December of 1985. 1985 also was the year Ford introduced fuel injection to it's Bronco line, increasing horsepower to the reliable 5.0 liter V8. Things changed again 1987 with the introduction of the fourth generation.
This very early Eddie Bauer features stock upgraded suspension with duel shocks in front and a tow package. It's one of the first luxury SUV's.
It's been in storage for many years. But it's running, registered and insured.
I would happily share all I know of this vehicle with a potential new owner.
With the latest edition of Broncos now on the road, interest in the early generations has increased. So this is a wise, practical, enjoyable investment that will increase in value.
Will consider all reasonable offers.
Serious inquiries only please.
