Used Ford F-150 XLT 2005 4WD for sale in Cape Coral, FL

Low miles for the year. Only averages 7k miles/year.
Clean title and history. I have the Autocheck History Report- I'll share if you ask. Truck runs great with no issues. Just had it detailed again. I've had it 2 years and only put 7k miles on it. It crossed over 100k a week ago and as of this posting has 100,025 miles. No mechanical issues at all, had it checked out within the last month. Only cosmetic issues. Similar truck is selling at other dealerships for $16-$17k. I'm only asking $14,500 OBO. Cosmetic issues are: faded paint on roof and front bumper, a few scuffs and dings, gas flap needs a new spring (door won't stay shut) and very common tear in drivers side seat.
It took a LONG time to find this 4.6 (much better engine in my opinion). The 5.4s are a dime a dozen and have that cam phaser issue. I'm only selling because I don't drive it enough to justify the payment and my family situation has changed.
