Vehicle Description
Its a 1985 Ford ranger 4x4 with a 2.9 liter v6 engine with a busted head gasket.
I have the motor stripped down to the heads and have a spare set ready to be put in
The bearings and compression was great before the gasket took a shit.
The transmission was brand new 10k miles ago, and shifted like butter. I recently replaced the wheel bearings, brakes, water pump, a rotor and bled all the brake lines. The rear tires are brand new and it has solid rims.
I’d fix the motor myself because it’s got a nice interior and the transfer case shifts well. I’d fix it but I don’t have a warm shop and my hands hurt from work.
