Used FS] 2016 BMW M235i - RWD, Stage II Tuning - - by for sale in Chicago, IL

I am looking to sell my 2016 BMW M235i that I purchased in North Carolina about a year ago. It has been a fun car, but now I am moving jobs- And extra luxuries must go. I have loved the car since the day I got it, and taken great care of it. Regular oil changes (no more than 7,000 miles between and using synthetic oil.) Tires replaced at Costco within the last year (Michelin PS All Seasons), brake pads and rotors replaced around same time. Car is under a third party warranty through DOTW for another ~30K miles/ 3 years. 8-Speed DCT Automatic Transmission, with gear shifter paddles. I am always glad to send pictures and share details. It is tuned to Stage II, and puts out approximately 400 HP from what I have been able to tell. Aftermarket parts include: Intake (Cannot recall the brand. It is pictured), downpipe, staggered Apex racing wheels (18" fronts and 19" rears).
