40,000 BTU furnace. and two 30,000 BTU Ceiling Vented air conditioners and each alone will cool the coach. You can turn on the front AC and since it is ceiling vented it will cool the bedroom and you won't have to hear it running at night when you are trying to sleep !

The sit down or stand up shower is very comfortable and plenty big enough to take a nice long hot shower! I never used a sit down shower but let me tell you IT IS NICE ! There is an oversize water heater and it works PERFECT!
