Used HEAVILY UPGRADED SILVER 2012 MITSUBISHI I-MIEV HATCHBACK - EV - cars... for sale in Powder Springs, AL

This 2012 Mitsubishi i-MiEV has been my wife's local commuter car. It is absolutely great for that purpose. Mainly because its original owner was an EV enthusiast who invested in thousands of dollars in upgrades that make it worth keeping for those who drive locally.

This includes the following...

1) The nickel metal hydride battery that was initially installed was replaced by a lithium-ion battery that offers better range and longevity.

2) This vehicle is equipped with a level two charger on the left hand side which, if you buy the proper equipment, can charge the vehicle from 20% to 80% in a very short period of time.

3) Additional sound insulation was put on each of the doors along with the floor in order to make the vehicle as quiet as possible. The noise level is more reminiscent of a luxury vehicle than a typical compact car.

4) A lever was installed underneath the dash that allows cold air to go directly to the battery when the air conditioning is on. This helps cool off the battery during summer months and adds to its overall longevity.

5) The factory radio was upgraded to a GPS unit that also features a backup camera and Bluetooth capability.

The range in city driving is in the high-40s with the A/C on and mid-60s with the A/C off.

It has been extremely well maintained. My wife and I have used it, her more often than me, and it has averaged about 30 to 50 miles a day for us.
