Used Honda Civic Ex - needs work for sale in Vancouver, OR

This vehicles needs work that I'm personally not capable of. Its alternator runs high and makes the headlights flicker when idling. It has a blown head gasket and overheats (I want to take it to another mechanic to get another opinion, i had taken it into AAA and Les Schwab and they just said it was the alternator). You have to put water in the radiator before you run this vehicle, I will provide you with water and containers for its drive to its new home.
The rear driver's side window does not work. The motor died in that panel, so I disengaged the motor to the window from the power. Pulling the doors apart isn't very difficult.
The driver's side door needs to be taken to a locksmith so it can be re-keyed because the key works in the starter, but doesn't work in the lock in the driver's side door (works in the passenger side)
This vehicle has power locking and power windows. It runs on any grade of petrol. It's a great learner car, I learned stick on it, the clutch has been replaced as well as the timing belt and pumps.
