This 1992 Mazda RX-7 is a one of a kind FD3s with true Japanese tuning aesthetic. We installed a brand new OEM engine in-house, and followed that up with a custom tuned map on our dyno to accommodate US fuel. This RX-7 puts down 316hp to the wheels at 13psi on 91 Octane pump gas.
The black exterior of this RX-7 is smooth and glossy with minimal imperfections. The vented carbon fiber hood made by Odula is a rare JDM item and does a great job of reducing under hood temperatures. The RE Style front aero bumper does a great job directing airflow to the newly installed dual-pass Koyo radiator and dual oil coolers. A very nice factory replacement intercooler made by legendary rotary tuners RE-Amemiya, tops off the cooling improvements. This RX-7 runs cool with stable coolant, oil, and EGT temperatures. Overheating is not a concern when driving this rotary powered car.
The interior has classic Japanese styling, with bright Apex’i and Blitz gauges displaying engine vitals, and a classic Momo Corse steering wheel to top it off. The interior is in very good condition, with minimal wear on the seats and great condition interior panels. Unlike USDM variants, this FD3s features rear seats. The rear seats are hidden behind a 6-point roll bar that ties into the rear strut towers to increase chassis stiffness and roll protection.
The adjustable Zeal coilover suspension gives a nice ride on the street, and the factory brakes do a great job of slowing down the car. The Apex’i catback exhaust provides a nice exhaust tone with minimal cabin noise. That is until the external wastegate opens up and really brings the car to life. This RX-7 is very fun to drive, and has a very responsive HKS floating disk clutch that takes a skilled operator to manage. Gear changes are smooth and grind free, and the car accelerates effortlessly without hiccups or flat spots.

Add-on idler pulley installed to allow for proper belt contact with water pump pulley.
Secondary throttle body butterflies removed to increase response and optimize single turbo system.
New heat-shielding applied around coolant lines, fuel lines, and vacuum lines in heat sensitive areas.
Aluminum Koyo dual-pass radiator installed to manage coolant temperatures more effectively.
