Used Kawasaki Ninja 300 ABS 2016 Second Owner Prestine Condition - cars & for sale in Wilmington, NC

Up for sale here is my 2016 Kawasaki Ninja 300 ABS. The bike currently sits at 6,1xx Miles and has never been dropped. Both original keys and roadside tools are included. The bike has a 300cc engine and gets around 70mpg. Having previously owned motorcycles when I was younger the ABS is what sold me on this bike, as it has prevented my rear wheel from locking up on multiple occasions. When I was younger this was not an option on motorcycles, and I was in constant fear of the rear wheel locking up while coming to an abrupt stop. Thankfully technology has advanced, and this is not the case anymore. While I am the second owner of this bike, I purchased it bone stock in 2018 from a guy that purchased it new, using it to commute. I have installed the following modifications during my period of ownership,

Delkevic Exhaust System
Shorty Levers
Fender Eliminator + Rear Brake light Blue/Red LEDs
Front Headlights EYE Green LED
Gear Indicator
New OEM replacement shift knob
Shogun Sliders (currently in box, waiting to be installed)
New AdvancedAutoParts - Gold Battery

Alongside done the following Maintenace at specified intervals,

Coolant Flush, Brake Fluid + Pads(Front+rear), Oil + Filter at 5,000 Miles September 2019
Oil + Filter at 5,550 Miles September 2020
Oil , Filter, Coolant Flush + New SAMCO Sport Silicone Lines most recently last month - Sep 2022
I built this bike out from scratch (within its capabilities) with no expense spared. While I wasn't able to ride this bike as much as I wanted too, the bike turned heads everywhere I went with it. The bike is often times mistaken for that of a GSX-R or a similar 600/700 due to its sheer body size with the fenders installed. It's not getting ridden and the wife has been less and less lenient with me taking it out. While a large part of me really wants to keep it I believe it is time to pass it on to someone who will actually enjoy it. While I have some $7500 in this bike, I would be unwilling to sell the bike for less than 4k, it just would not make sense. Wife is demanding the bike leave the garage, hence reason I need to sell.
