Up for sale is my personal beloved 2007 Lexus IS350 IS 350 Rear Wheel Drive Sport Sedan with Luxury Package fully loaded with almost all options available for the vehicle. It’s been garage kept and very well maintained with only Mobil 1 Synthetic oil changes every 7500 miles and maintenance records are available. We have purchased the Lexus in early 2013 from a lawyer in Charlotte and been very happy with it but my kids have grown too big to fit in the rear seats now so we’re buying a Lexus SUV to replace it. Very sad to let it go!

This is NOT the underpowered IS250 with smaller engine with only 204 horse power. I've driven IS250 and did not think it's got enough power to be in the class of a true sport sedan.

It’s gray (Smoky Granite Mica) with black leather interior which is one of the most favored color combo. Rear tires are almost new and front tires have 8k miles on them. The wheels are upgraded newer 18-inch wheels that look much better. The battery is brand new Interstate battery from Costco with a 4-year free replacement warranty. The front windshield was replaced due to a rock-chip that was spreading so it’s very clear.

It’s a very fun vehicle to drive with huge amount of power, 306 Horses, from its legendary Dual VVT-I 3.5L engine and has great handling with upgraded staggered 18-inch wheels, but it’s still economical at 27~28MPG in my wife’s daily driving. It a has been a reliable vehicle without any issues other than a leaking water pump (common issue) which was replaced few years ago.

It’s fully loaded with Luxury Package and Navigation system. Below is a list of extra options:

Mechanically, it’s in great condition and needs nothing. Cosmetically, it’s in good shape but not perfect as a 12 year-old vehicle – The Lexus has a sticky dash and door panels (common issues among IS250/350 vehicles and you can refer to interior pictures of the actual interior). Lexus acknowledged the issue so the corporate office offered me a free replacement dash part to replace the sticky dash but I’d have to pay for the labor to replace it. I didn’t feel the need for it but you could take advantage of the offer if you want to make the interior look perfect. When the rear trunk door is released, it does not pop up, but you would need to pull it up – not a big issue and it could be simple fix. Tire pressure sensor is bad in the driver front side so there’s a warning light. I do have the replacement sensor part and I can include it with the sale.
