Vehicle Description
Mercedes Benz 190d 2.5 Turbo (W201)
I’m the 3rd owner of this limited production car. The original owner purchased it from a MB dealer in Florida. The rear end was damaged by a drunk driver in 2006 or so. I stopped driving it in 2013 when I detected a head gasket issue. Never overheated. Definitely oil mixing with coolant. My intention was to replace the head gasket and continue driving it. I drove it daily until the head gasket issue was detected and was ranging 37-39mpg. I’ve included pictures of everything I’m including in the sale.
Good:
-starts up and runs
Attention needed points I’m aware of:
-failed head gasket
-Passenger steering knuckle is cracked
-brake caliper slides will definitely need to be lubed. Sticking due to sitting. Currently has ANTI LOCK error.
——NOTICE—-
If your looking for a daily driver please look elsewhere. At 32 years old this car needs work and requires tinkering along the way. Metal scrappers please don’t waste your time asking me if you can pick it up. I’m looking for an enthusiast. Seriously people let’s not piss around and waste each other’s time. You either know what your getting into or you don’t. If you don’t please move along as this will be a headache for you.
Call or text me if your seriously interested in this 190.
****I will not part this car out. All or none. ****
