Used Mercedes Benz diesel E320CDI 2005 for sale in Newburgh, NY

I am the second owner.
I bought this car in 2012, with 60K miles, as a Certified pre-owned car from the Mercedes dealer in Seattle and had it trucked down to Los Angeles where I lived at that time
It has 156K original miles. I changed the electronic brake pump ($3K ) about 3 years ago and the water pump recently
The OEM battery is less than a year old, under warranty
The car has always been well maintained- Mobile One oil changes, etc.
It is the turbo diesel model, it has amazing pick up- way faster and with more torque than the gasoline model.
This car does 39mpg on the highway.
The tires are in very good condition
The body does not have any issues- zero rust.
The interior is without issues- black leather-no cuts, no tears, etc.The carpets are good.
The car needs nothing, this model is known to go over 300K miles without repairs.
The car comes with the roof rack and a brand new, never used, car cover
I imported the car from California into NY State when I moved no Newburgh a year ago.
The car is now registered in NY State and passed the new inspection a few days ago.
I'm selling it because I live on a slope and need a AWD car.
