Vehicle Description
Languages:

TL;DR:
There are no major problems and should last past 250k, it probably needs a suspension component replaced.
Overview:
I have a new job which is providing me a fleet vehicle to drive and I no longer need the lancer. While it looks like a sports car, it only has 120hp. Accelerate slowly and it should last past 250k
Pros:
Clean title
I am the second owner, have had it over 90k miles
Maintenance completed consistently. Rough record is jotted down at the bottom of this posting which is important
Has factory subwoofer
Stereo syncs with cellphone via bluetooth
Should pass a compression test, block test, fuel pressure test etc. etc., and there are no active alarm codes
Cons:
Front driver side suspension makes a little squeaking going over bumps. I JUST replaced the lower control arm and ball joint, which definitely helped but it still makes a creak :-(
I replaced the windshield 6 months ago. It was sub-par and whistled and leaked a little water. I've remedied that by applying clear gasket around windshield
Coolant reservoir needs topped off ~every 6-9 months
Some maintenance history:
Engine:
Timing belt and water pump replaced at 83k and ~145k miles
Head gasket, valve cover gasket, intake/exhaust manifold gaskets, spark plugs, replaced at ~160k. Head was leveled at a machine shop during this job.
Ignition coils replaced at ~140k
Used Mobil 1 full synthetic oil AND filter for ~80k, changed oil every ~6k
Replaced engine and cabin air filter when they looked dirty
Transmission:
Replaced transmission fluid at ~125k. Filter is internal and should never need replaced
Power steering:
Did a full flush with clean fluid at 83k, partially swapped at ~165k
Tires:
Replaced at 171k with new tires from costco, under warranty
Suspension:
Rear control arms and stabilizer links replaced at ~120k
Front Driver side inner/outer tie rods replaced at ~165k
Front passenger side outer tie rod replaced by a shop at ~120k I think
Front driver side lower control arm and stabilizer link replaced at 175k
Brake:
Replaced front pads and rotors at ~130k. I'd service both front and rear brakes in like 15k miles.
Fuel:
Replaced fuel pump at ~130k
Last replaced fuel strainer ~170k
Battery:
Replaced about 3 years ago, it is an Everstart Maxx and should last a few more years
Cooling:
Replaced radiator & thermostat at ~130k
