Used MK5 Volskwagen Rabbit 2 5L 5 Speed for sale in Twinsburg, OH

Sadly I have to part with my precious white rabbit. I am moving soon and need something with AWD and higher clearance. I have all my receipts of work/parts as well as the previous owners receipts.

Under the hood: 2.5L 5 Cylinder Engine
Runs awesome and can easily go for another 100k miles
Meticulously maintained with full synthetic oil changes every 5k miles
Removed vacuum pump and replaced with Spulen vacuum pump delete kit
Removed factory engine cover/air filter and added Neuspeed P-Flo air intake
Replaced PCV cover ~1000 miles ago
Replaced wheel bearings all around
Replaced battery ~2 years ago (Interstate)
Brake pads/rotors were done ~3 years (probably about 20k miles) ago but they still feel fine.

Body is in fair condition. I was planning on cleaning it up before I sold it but haven't got the time. There is rust on the rocker panels below the door and the driver side fender has some rust and will likely need to be replaced (common issue with this generation). Trunk hatch also has rust and the latch does not work, but I have a replacement hatch painted and ready to be put on. I was just waiting to figure out what I'm going to about the sagging headliner (another common issue). Airbag light is on for the seatbelt airbag that is contained in the latch. I think it's a ~$200 part.

Axles need to be replaced soon, there is a noise coming from the passenger wheel wheel when driving. There is also a broken spring on that wheel so it will also need to be replaced. I have two new axles for the car I was just waiting for new front springs before I did them.

Interior is good except for the headliner. No rips or tears in the seats. There is also one of the plastic inserts where the flood lights would go missing, and the previous owners aftermarket bumper ground effects are cracked due to curb bite. 17" Rims are kinda scraped up but roll true, could use new tired in the front.
I love this car and really don't want to get rid of it but I have no choice. I really hope to sell it to someone who will fix it up and enjoy it.
