I didn't like the rates and scheduling of rental trucks when it came time to move. I had lived in my house for 43 years and there was a lot to move and sort out. It was a 200 mile move so I bought one instead, thinking that if I bought it right I could sell it afterwards and save a lot of dollars. I am done with my move and its time to get my money back.

I put about 5,000 miles on it and it runs great. It got about 12 miles to the gallon with its 6.5 liter GM diesel and automatic transmission. It has been very nicely outfitted with folding shelves and cargo tie downs as well as the powered lift gate that made it perfect for my move. It would also be perfect for a trades truck as a plumbing, electricians or service truck, or what ever requires bins full of parts and or materials being moved to a job site. These trucks are also easily converted to a food truck. It now has about 93000 miles and brand new goodyear tires on the front. The rear duals are goodyears too and have more than 50% treadlife left. This is formerly a USPS truck and was serviced and maintained regularly on a contract. It has since been titled and licensed as a civilian vehicle (what a PITA).
