I am the 4th owner (since Oct 2019). The previous owner build the van and put over $10k plus labor into it. He said all parts used were “Toyota/denso, Moog, KYB - all high quality, no generic”.

*Issues*
1) Rear frame has rust holes and extensive rot in frame. Chassis is unsafe.
2) Front prop shaft joints bad, causing loud metallic noise while driving.
3) Exhaust flex joint leaking exhaust and fumes into vehicle.
4) AC needs fixed, has leak.
5) Fuel door is off.

-When engine was replaced, new water pump, thermostat, fuel injectors, spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor button, engine sensors, exhaust, O2 sensors, motor mounts, trans mounts, front accessory mounts, and Sads shaft bushings installed.
-Entire A/C system replaced 67k miles ago but needs fixing: has major leak and doesn’t hold suction under testing.
-Check Engine light is on for Egr, system is functioning correctly - Egt sensor is not. Doesn’t affect performance or function.
