Used NEWLY REDUCED! - 2005 MERCURY GRAND MARQUI - LS - - by for sale in Youngstown, OH

This vehicle was my father's who passed away. Craig was extremely anal retentive regarding this vehicle and everything else that he did. The tires were rotated, the oil was changed, the fluids were flushed, etc. He took care of everything as though it were the only thing. This 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis LS is mechanically flawless. New tires, new battery, new starter, new alternator. In addition, it has less than 86,000 miles on it.

I took it on an 8 hour road trip to New Jersey and back and I broke the speed limit the entire way, going 90 miles per hour because it felt like less than 50 miles per hour.

This vehicle has two minor issues:

#1. The air was not working properly last summer, so I took it to Partner's on the Westside of Youngstown. I told them about the situation and they put free on in to start and see where that went. It was cold as hell for a week, but then blew warm. I proceeded to pay to have the dye put in to see if and where the leek was, at which point, I was told that it would cost anywhere from $300 - $600 to fix it, as there was a leak in the line.

I have been told by several people that this estimate is high. I don't know, but I am being totally honest here and I am willing to accept less than I would have taken due to this leak in the lines to the air conditioner.

#2. There is one area on the roof of the vehicle that is about 4 inches in diameter where the paint has come off, so in order to make this car aesthetically perfect, that would need to be painted over. Any paint/body shop worth anything would be able to fix this for a few hundred dollars. There is a photo of this spot below, so you can be the judge of that.

Aside from these non-mechanical issues, this vehicle is CHERRY. You will NOT find a better luxury vehicle than this one for this price anywhere right now.
