I recently had it appraised for insurance and the appraiser thinks the first owners were probably snowbirds who took it south every winter.
I've had it 8 and a half years now and nothing has ever been neglected. Garage kept and seldom to never taken out in the rain or snow. Whenever it needed any maintenance it was done right away.
