Vehicle Description
I'm selling my 1980 Chevy 3/4-ton FWD Long Bed Pickup Truck. It has a fresh rebuilt 350 (less then 10,000 miles) with Holley 4-barrel carb.Strong motor. aftermarket tach and gauges. Turbo 400 3 speed automatic. Front locking hubs. Solid frame with heavy- duty leaf springs all the way around. Good brakes with new brake lines. Interior in good shape no tears in bench seat. Cab and floor solid. Rear quarter panels could be salvageable, but bed and wheel wells are Swiss cheese. I took the front clip off last summer and that's the condition it's in now I have an entire front clip with all new hardware consisting of the following:
New Premium chrome bumper with mounts and stainless-steel hardware
New grille and radiator support with bushings and hardware
New radiator
New front inner and outer fenders with new hardware
New battery tray with hardware
New grille with chrome trim and hardware
New chrome headlight bezels with hardware
New cowl induction hood
New headers with gaskets and hardware
New windshield with seal (old ones cracked)
New black dashboard cover
New left and right door shells
New upper rocker panels
New stainless-steel outdoor mirrors with hardware
New gas tank
Tire's Excellent
Enough paint (performance red) to cover the new panels, more would be needed for the rest of the cab
This truck is worth restoring for someone who likes old Chevy trucks. It's the last of that body style (73-80). They went to dual rectangular headlights halfway through 80 but this one has the single round headlights which makes it even more desirable
