Used R56 2009 MINI COOPER S (well maintained and beautiful car) - cars & for sale in Davis, CA

I have to leave the US next year, so I'm looking for the next owner of my MINI COOPERS.
I bought this car in Cincinnati, Ohio in 2015 then I moved to Davis last year.
So far, all maintenance works were performed at Cincinnati MINI (dealer) and JustBMW (third car shop for BMW and MINI in Cincinnati), and Davis Import (a nice third car shop in Davis).
I have kept all invoices issued from the above car shops. You can check them if you want.

Here is a description of the MINI.
This car is R56 COOPER S 2009 year model with a 1.6L Supercharged engine. The car is a nice compact car. I think it is very useful in the SF area. Most of the common issues and minor issues in MINI COOPER such as water pump, thermostat housing including pipes and timing chain tensioner were already resolved with the cost of more than $8000 from my pocket so far so that you won't have serious issues and you can save a lot of money in future. Please see the maintenance history below. The oil has been changed every half year. Dash Cams have been installed at the front and rear. What you have to do is to check the oil level every 2-weeks (commonly it is recommended to owners of the 2nd generation of MINI because MINI engine "eats" a lot of the oil especially in turbocharger case).
