Vehicle Description
1989 RANGE ROVER CLASSIC - Be ready for winter!
Nice solid truck, well kept. 20,000 miles on rebuilt engine (3.9). Interior decent (including headliner). Front seats worn but only one seam split on driver seat, wood losing clear coat in places. Brand new front discs, all pads. Since 2017 – New swivel, pan hard rod, alternator, all belts. Also stainless exhaust, master cylinder, Old Man Emu springs, much more.
The only rust on this truck is in the passenger floor pan (see pics), otherwise it is very solid. I was planning on riveting on a patch, but figured it would be better for buyers to be able to see the problem. Many pictures at
Other problems include niggling, typical, electrical issues, tach doesn’t work, some switches need to be pressed twice, oil light comes on (don’t panic, there is also a gauge, all is well). I currently drive it fairly regularly without incident. I always wanted a CRR, now I have had one for a year and, as I get older, I am thinking about all the other cars I’ve wanted to own. So I have decided to start rotating them thru, and pass the Rover on to a good home. Clear title.
Serious inquiries only, please. Can help arrange shipping, but let us skip the usual scams.
Thanks
