More information:
This special order AMX (for American Motors Experimental) came with no radio, no power brakes, no A/C -- just as all the high-end, high-performance E-Type Jags and Ferrari's of the 60s. With no energy-absorbing luxuries, stripped down for ultra weight reduction. It was meant to be an ultra quick, nimble little two-seater road racer.
This scarce AMX underwent an extreme nut and bolt restoration, all on a 33,000 mile car, never damaged or rusted. One beautiful repaint, all lid/door seals prefect, all glass perfect. Restored with restraint, left pretty much as it should be!
This is not a typical overly-chromed-up, customized, Frankenstein muscle/pony car.
We have all the rare original manuals, service books, period dealer brochures, etc., for the discerning collector.
Will be gone fast at highest offer over $33,000!
